Ingredients
Pave of Roe Deer
Spicy Flatbread (flatbread dough with added turmeric, ginger and cinnamon).
Shimla Paste (Mixed spices with oil)
Salt
Pepper
Raita – Yoghurt, cucumber, coriander, lemon and garlic
Method
Flatten spicy flatbread on a floured tray and place onto a hot plate. Slice the Pave into strips and dress with the Shimla paste before placing onto skewers. Drizzle with a little oil and cook over hot coals.
Serve in the flatbread with chilli sauce or Raita to taste
