Ingredients

4 Nilgai T Bone Steaks

Seasoning – Dried garlic, Sea Salt, Pepper and Onion

Large white onion

Fresh Tortillas

Salsa

Method

Butcher and prepare the T bone steaks seasoning to taste.

Texas Tip!  Wipe off the surface of the hot grill using half a large white onion,  leave the onion on the grill to whilst cooking the meat.

Place the meat on the grill and turn until cooked through then remove and allow to rest for 2 – 3 minutes.

Remove the T Bone and slice the meat into strips.

Serve in a tortilla with salsa and shavings of the grilled onion.
