Gunpowder Black Tail Steak

Ingredients

One inch thick Black Tail Steaks

Black Gunpowder

Black Pepper

Tortillas

Method

Rub Olive Oil on the steaks then sprinkle with black pepper and gunpowder.

Then place on a hot grill for around 15 minutes.

Slice off the bone and enjoy!
