Ingredients Puff Ball (mushroom, garlic and cheese)

  • 4 oz Butter
  • 2 Shallots
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Puff Ball (mushroom)
  • Parmesan 

Method Cheesy Garlic Puff Ball

  1. Thick slice of puff ball.
  2. Finely Chop Shallot
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan adding the shallots and grate in 2 cloves of garlic.
  4. Fry either side of the puff ball in the pan (absorbing butter and flavour), season both sides.
  5. Grate parmesan onto the puff ball, placing a lid (or plate) over the pan to create a oven affect for a couple of minutes.
  6. Slice puff ball into pizza wedges to serve.
