Mike’s Dirty Mash


1/2 lb Roasted Potatoes
2 cups of Double / Heavy Cream
A knob of Butter
A pinch of Salt
Truffle (optional, but worth it!)


1.  “Rice” some roasted potatoes – remove the inner fluffy part and gently press through a mesh sieve / strainer
2. Combined potato mix with warm double / heavy cream, butter, and salt
3. Whisk and stir the mash up very, very well
4. Serve the mash with the “Deer Gravy” from the braised fallow neck poured generously over the top (you can even add some pieces of shredded shoulder meat)
5. Add truffles if you want or if you are trying to impress a girl or boy!
