Create a marinade by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha sauce, Yuzu Sauce and grated ginger and lime.

Dice the tuna loin into mouth sized chunks and mix into the marinade, ensuring all the tuna is coated.

Serve with rice, sliced radish, samphire, cubed cucumber and sliced avocado.  Drizzle over the remainder of the dressing.
