750g Red Deer Mince

500g Pork Mince

Mixed Herbs to taste

Tomato Ketchup

Method

Dice the onion 

In a bowl mix the onions, mince, herbs and a squeeze of tomato ketchup together with your hands to ensure all ingredients are evenly spread throughout the mixture.

Joe likes to use a Yorkshire pudding tray to separate out his mix, this helps to ensure equal portions.

Shape each portion into a burger and cook over a grill to your required finish.

Serve in a fresh white roll with crispy lettuce, tomato a cheese slice and ketchup to taste.
